We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Director, Executive Officer to lead the Executive Group Manager Office within People, Engagement and Operations.
Working at the centre of a diverse and high-performing group, you will provide strategic advice, drive coordination and governance, lead the executive support function, and oversee key operational activities that enable the successful delivery of Group level and Infrastructure Canberra (iCBR) priorities.
You will work closely with executives and senior leaders across iCBR, managing competing priorities, and ensuring effective reporting, correspondence, financial and people management processes. The backfill opportunity offers a unique prospect to build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and service excellence.
The successful applicant will be a proactive and solutions-focused leader with strong judgement, exceptional organisational skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in complex and fast-paced environments.

- Experience in providing executive and project support in an infrastructure related environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and enabling high-performance service delivery across a complex organisational environment.
Note: This is a temporary position available from 29 October 2026 to 27 November 2026. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only.
