Job Description

AMES Australia is seeking an Employment Mentor in Blacktown to provide individualised support, guidance and case management to job seekers from CALD backgrounds addressing barriers to employment. The role is full-time and ongoing, based at our Blacktown location.

The successful candidate will negotiate and monitor delivery of employment support services, including reverse marketing, and assist employers as they connect with CALD candidates in a supportive, inclusive workplace.
