About the Role
n
As our Scheduler / Customer Service Officer, you'll be an important part of our team, helping keep our technicians organised and ensuring our customers receive excellent service.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Scheduling technicians and coordinating jobs through ServiceM8
n
- Keeping the daily schedule running smoothly and ensuring bookings are accurate through strong attention to detail
n
- Answering customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
n
- Providing clear information about our services
n
- Responding to urgent customer requests and resolving scheduling issues as they arise
n
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
n
- Supporting the Team Leader and Team Coordinator with day-to-day administration
n
n
What We're Looking For

- Friendly and skilled communication skills

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask in a busy environment

- Problem-solving skills

Experience
n
n
- Administration and customer service experience essential
n
- Scheduling experience highly desirable
n
- ServiceM8 experience highly desirable (training provided for the right person)
