We are looking for an experienced and motivatedSales Manager/Sales Representativeto join a well-established business in Coffs Harbour. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and taking ownership of sales performance.
Duties
- Develop and implement practical sales plans designed to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage existing customer accounts while actively generating new leads and business opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, key contacts and stakeholders.
- Meet with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitable product solutions.
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals and presentations tailored to individual customer needs.
- Follow up leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Keep CRM records, customer information and sales pipelines accurate and up to date.
- Keep informed about customer needs, market conditions and competitor activity.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive a high level of service.
- Assist with supporting and developing junior members of the sales team where required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in sales, business development or sales management.
- A demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver strong commercial results.
- Confident negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to identify and respond to client needs.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.
- Knowledge of the Coffs Harbour or regional NSW market will be highly regarded.
