We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our venue operations and support this exciting growth.
About the Role
A hands‑on leadership role overseeing multiple venues, driving performance, service standards, team development and operational excellence.
About You
Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, Multi‑Site Manager or senior hospitality manager is essential.
You’ll bring robust leadership, communication and organisational skills, with proven experience managing teams and driving venue performance.
Franchise or multi‑site experience highly regarded.
