n Tucked within the far northern suburbs, this small, community-focused childcare centre offers a warm and welcoming setting where children, families, and educators feel a genuine sense of belonging. With cosy, thoughtfully designed indoor spaces and a natural outdoor environment, the Centre reflects its strong connection to the local community and the families it supports.

The Opportunity
n We are seeking a warm, experienced Centre Director to lead this close-knit and dedicated team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor, guide, and empower educators while maintaining a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.

The Ideal Applicant We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a Centre Director in long day care, along with:
n
n
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
n
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
n
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
n
- Working With Children Check and RHHAN‐EC
n
- A warm, approachable leadership style and a passion for building genuine relationships with children, families, and staff
n
n
