Are you an experienced RN with Anaesthetic experience, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care?

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for RNs who want to join our collaborative Anaesthetic team on a full time basis.

n

As an experienced RN in anaesthetics, your role will include:

- * Deliver evidence-based care
n
- * Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
n
- * Ensure patient and staff safety
n
- * Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health journey
n

About the Company

n

The hospital is located in the multicultural Western Sydney City of Penrith. It is a modern 109 bed facility providing a wide range of health services to the local community since 2000 including: orthopaedics, spinal,



gynaecology, ENT, plastics, urology and general surgery, endoscopy, cardiology, cardiac angiography and obstetrics. The hospital has eight operating Theatres, one hybrid/cardiac catheterisation theatre and an endoscopy suite, supported by a critical care unit which includes intensive care.

About You

- * Current AHPRA registration
n
- * Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
n
- * Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
n
- * Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- * The ability to work well independently and within a team
n
- * High level organisational skills to meet time constraints
n
- * 12 months plus experience in anaesthetics
n
- * Strong clinical skillset
n
- * Demonstrate the ability to show initiative Excellent communication skills
