As our Talent & Development Consultant, you'll partner with leaders, People Business Partners and key stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide programs across talent management, succession planning, performance and development, employee engagement and career development.

Your Role in Action
n
n
- Design and deliver talent, learning and employee experience programs.
n
- Support Talent & Succession Planning, Performance & Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
n
- Partner with leaders and People Business Partners to identify capability needs and development solutions.
n
- Facilitate workshops, learning programs and talent development activities.
n
- Develop engaging learning resources, tools and program materials.
n
- Leverage learning technologies and systems to enhance development experiences.
n
- Analyse talent and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations.
n
- Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across people initiatives.
n
n
What Makes You a Great Fit
n
n
- Experience designing and delivering talent, learning, leadership or organisational development initiatives.
n
- Strong knowledge of talent management, employee development and organisational capability practices.
n
- Experience working within a Human Resources, Learning & Development or Organisational Development environment.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building and communication skills.
n
- Strong facilitation, coaching and influencing capabilities.
n
- An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs and projects while delivering quality outcomes.
n
- Experience using HR systems,
Learning Management Systems and employee survey platforms (desirable).
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent workplace training qualification).
n
