Southern Volkswagen is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Workshop Controller to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians or workshop controller who want to transition into a leadership role, managing workshop operations and driving excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day management of workshop activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all tasks
n
- Coordinate and support a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
n
- Monitor workshop performance, productivity, and quality control
n




- Maintain an organised and efficient workflow, managing parts and resources effectively
n
- Assist in training and development for team members
n

n

Preferred Experience:

n

n
- Previous experience as a qualified automotive technician, with a solid understanding of repair and maintenance processes
n
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
n
- Volkswagen experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
n
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment
