Help People Move Better. Build a Career You’ll Enjoy.

Movement Rehabilitation is growing, and we’re looking for 1–2 passionate Exercise Physiologists and/or Physiotherapists to join our team.

Whether you’re a current graduate looking for the right environment to learn or an experienced clinician wanting a supportive workplace where your career can grow, we’d love to hear from you.

This role begins as part-time (15–20 hours per week) with a genuine pathway to full-time as your caseload develops.

About Us

Movement Rehabilitation is a locally owned allied health clinic dedicated to helping people regain confidence through movement.

We believe outstanding healthcare comes from:

Building genuine relationships with our clients.

Delivering evidence-based treatment with measurable outcomes.

Creating an enjoyable, supportive workplace where clinicians love coming to work.

Giving back to our local community.

We’re a small team that values collaboration over competition. Every team member has a voice and contributes to the direction of the clinic.

Outside the clinic, we enjoy quarterly social events and team activities because we believe strong teams are built both inside and outside of work.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work with a diverse caseload including:

Musculoskeletal rehabilitation

Chronic disease management

Strength and conditioning

Return-to-work rehabilitation

DVA, Medicare, WorkCover and private clients

Small group exercise classes

Individual exercise prescription and progression

You’ll have the opportunity to build your own clinical interests while working alongside experienced clinicians.

New Graduate Friendly

Starting your career can feel overwhelming.

That’s why every new clinician receives:

12 weeks of structured mentoring

One hour of protected mentoring every week

Clinical reasoning development

Programming support

Business and communication coaching

Quarterly reviews to help support development and growth.

If you’d like continued mentoring after the initial 12 weeks, we’re happy to keep supporting your development.

Our goal is to help you become a confident, independent clinician—not simply leave you to figure things out alone.

A Different Employment Model

We believe clinicians should be rewarded when they help grow the practice.

Permanent part-time employment (15–20 hours/week)

Stable income and employment benefits

Performance-based progression

Opportunity to earn contractor-style commission on hours worked beyond your contracted part-time hours at a 50/50 percentage base with progression to 60/40 percentages. This enables full time incomes to exceed 150k for those who wish to challenge themselves.

Clear pathway towards full-time employment

This means you receive the security of employment while being rewarded for building your caseload.

What We’re Looking For

We value attitude just as much as experience.

You’ll be someone who:

Loves helping people achieve meaningful outcomes

Enjoys working within a team

Wants to continue learning

Is proactive and motivated

Brings positive energy to the workplace

Values evidence-based practice

Wants to contribute to a growing small business

Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) or Physiotherapist (AHPRA)

Professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Working With Children Check

National Police Check

New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
