Bupa is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to act as the primary contact for health insurance customers. You will resolve enquiries, review cover, and provide tailored health insurance solutions, helping customers make informed choices and building trust.

The role features a permanent, full time contract in Brisbane with a hybrid work model (minimum two days in the office). A comprehensive 11-week training program supports onboarding, with standard operating hours Monday to Friday.
