About the Role:

Rainbow Support Services is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will empower NDIS participants to live independently, achieve their personal goals, and engage meaningfully with their local community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality personal care and domestic assistance.
- Support participants with community participation, social outings, and recreational activities.
- Assist with transport to appointments and daily errands.
- Follow personalized care plans and maintain accurate daily progress notes.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants.

Requirements:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability,



or similar (or currently studying).
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Valid Driver’s License and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
- A genuine passion for helping others and excellent communication skills.
