Kanda is seeking Residential Care Workers on the Sunshine Coast to support young people in secure home environments. You'll be backed by structured training including TCI and The Sanctuary Model and will work across morning, afternoon/evening, and overnight shifts.

Locations include Beerwah, Caboolture and Buderim. A current Driver's licence, WWCC, NDIS checks and First Aid/CPR are required, with ongoing learning and career opportunities as the team grows.
