anzuk Early Childhood is working in partnership with a well‐established, family‐owned early learning service located in regional Victoria. This family and child‐focused centre has a secure and experienced team and is committed to providing high‐quality care, including nutritious meals and sustainable practices.

The Role The service is seeking a cook responsible for the preparation and delivery of meals for up to 100 children per day. Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and preparing nutritious, balanced meals
n
- Managing kitchen operations and food safety requirements
n
- Catering for dietary needs, allergies, and anaphylaxis requirements
n
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
n

n

About You The successful candidate will demonstrate:

n

n
- Experience preparing meals in a childcare or similar setting (minimum 6 months preferred)
n
- Knowledge of nutrition, allergy management, and anaphylaxis
n




- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, families, and children
n
- A reliable and professional approach to work
n
- Experience creating seasonal menus and managing ordering budgets
n
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- Anaphylaxis Training
n
- 12 + Months Working Rights
n
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
n
