About the Role
We are currently seeking an organised and hands-on Dispatch Officer to join a fast-paced, well established, warehouse and distribution team based in St Marys.
This is a key role responsible for coordinating daily dispatch operations, ensuring deliveries run smoothly, and supporting both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities as a Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator:
- Coordinate and maintain an efficient and reliable dispatch service for all customers
- Organise transportation of customer orders and manage daily delivery runs
- Manage requests for add-ons to runs (doors, mouldings, etc.) and ensure accurate recording
- Re-schedule deliveries and manage returns as required Customer Service & Communication
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Manage the Distribution mailbox and respond promptly to all communications
- Liaise with site supervisors and customers to confirm site readiness for delivery or collection
- Serve customers at the Despatch Office and manage transactions Administration & Systems
- Process local and interstate orders, credit returns,
and transactions using Titan and related systems
- Prepare daily interstate backorder reports and distribute accordingly
- Print and distribute picking slips for next-day operations
- Finalise and print truck BOLs and run sheets Warehouse Operations
- Assist with warehouse duties including compiling orders, locating stock, forklift operation, and general warehouse tasks
- Support operational workflow to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately
About You
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Experience using warehouse/ERP systems (e.g. Titan) highly regarded
- Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to obtain)
