This is an opportunity to take ownership, build a strong team culture, drive performance, and make a genuine impact on the success of one of our newest venues.

As Venue General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the venue, leading from the front to deliver exceptional experiences for both guests and team members. You'll balance people leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and community engagement to ensure the venue consistently performs at its best.

Leading Great People

- Build, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Create a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Inspire your team to deliver their best every day
- Recruit and retain outstanding talent

Delivering Operational Excellence

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint
- Maintain high standards across quality, cleanliness, safety and presentation
- Drive consistency and operational efficiency across all areas of the business

Driving Performance

- Manage labour costs, COGS and venue profitability
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Take ownership of venue results and business outcomes

Connecting with the Community

- Build meaningful local relationships around Orion Plaza
- Support community initiatives,

- Help grow brand awareness and create lasting guest connections
