UGL Transport is seeking a Pre-Contracts Manager to support tendering opportunities across multiple projects. The role allows base locations in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and involves close collaboration with bid and legal teams to deliver competitive commercial submissions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in pre-contracts/bidding, a degree in a relevant field, and solid negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and secure profitable outcomes.
