Due to internal promotions, we have a number of roles in our collections team. As a Collections Officer, you'll be on the front line connecting with vulnerable customers, helping them get back on track with their overdue accounts.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Manage inbound & outbound calls, scheduling payment plans and the successful collection of outstanding and overdue debts
n
- Use your empathic nature and warm phone manner to understand and navigate the best outcome for each stakeholder while still getting the results
n
- Negotiate, problem-solve and, delivering great customer outcomes
n

To be successful

- You are a confident communicator, a team player with a friendly and positive demeanour
n
- You are tech savvy and can work within a variety of software platforms
n




- You understand process and the importance of following procedures
n
- You are willing to learn and keen to make your mark in the industry
n
- Previous exposure to call centre or customer service preferred.
