You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) and/ or the AMEP program.

Be part of making a difference in our students lives by improving their skills, knowledge and confidence through effective training and assessment

The opportunity

Use your experience to engage students, using your successful learning techniques and maintain a student-centred approach

Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance and involvement
n
Bring learning to life for students by using different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes
n
Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements

Able to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employment

Havethe capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a agile environment at any given time
n
Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
n
Qualifications
n
Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult EducationplusBachelor withTESOL
n
OR
n
An undergraduate degree with a post graduate qualification inTESOLor equivalent qualifications or willingness to complete a post graduate qualification inTESOL
n
Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferred
n
