Job Description

Anglicare Victoria is seeking a Senior Team Leader to provide leadership, oversight and coaching across Residential Services. You will guide frontline staff to deliver person-centred care for young people and ensure high standards of practice in the Goulburn region (Wallan/Seymour).

You will lead rostering, risk management and budgets, promote trauma-informed care, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve solid outcomes for staff and young people.
