The Opportunity

n

- Manage a portfolio of SME, private and high-net-worth family group clients.
n
- Review financial statements, income tax returns and complex compliance work.
n
- Lead tax planning, structuring and commercially focused advisory engagements.
n
- Manage workflow, WIP and team delivery.
n
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants.
n
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key clients.
n
- Collaborate with specialists across accounting and financial planning.
n

About You

n

n
- 5+ years' Australian public practice experience.
n
- CA or CPA qualified.
n
- Strong Business Services and Tax capability.
n
- Experience reviewing work and managing client relationships.
n
- Previous mentoring or team leadership exposure.
n

This role would suit an experienced Supervisor/Assistant Manager or existing Manager looking for greater flexibility, stronger earning potential and exposure to a genuinely high-quality private client base.
