The Prospect

This is a high-performing Sales role focused on converting warm, qualified inbound demand.

You’ll be:

- Managing inbound + qualified leads (no heavy cold prospecting required)
- Running full-cycle sales (discovery → proposal → close)
- Working with businesses on cost-saving and energy optimisation solutions
- Closing deals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Think: strong pipeline, quick cycles, and real earning potential.

Comp

- $100K base
- $200K OTE (uncapped)
- Top performers earning well beyond OTE

What They’re Looking For

Open to two main profiles:

1.



Outbound / 360 Sales Closers

- BDR → AE or full-cycle reps
- Used to generating pipeline and closing deals
- Hungry, resilient, and commercially driven

2. Inside Sales / Inbound Closers

- Strong at converting warm leads
- Comfortable running structured sales processes
- High activity, high conversion mindset
