Inner OC is seeking an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to run a portfolio of 75–80 Tier 3/4 properties across Melbourne, totalling around 450 lots. You’ll be the primary contact for committees and owners, overseeing governance, compliance, financial reporting and day-to-day administration.
All meetings run during business hours with no after-hours meetings, and there is flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week.
