Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS) is seeking an Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement Engineer for its HPAPI facility in Riverview, Michigan. This role owns the site's Daily Management System (DMS) across tiers and drives continuous improvement, savings, and strategic projects with the OE team.
The ideal candidate will work hands-on on the floor, facilitate Tier meetings, coach teams in PDCA, A3 and Six Sigma tools, and report KPI updates to senior leadership to sustain gains.
