In this role, you'll:

- Support the assurance of program and projects and metadata within Equip/SAP, ensuring project structures are accurately created, monitored, and maintained in line with required data standards and processes.
- Contribute to governance coordination for the road maintenance program by assisting with governance forums, including managing meeting logistics, preparing documentation, and supporting transparent and consistent reporting processes.
- Provide system assurance reporting for monitoring progress and evaluating program and project performance as well as assisting in implementing governance decisions in Equip by providing accurate operational support.
- Provide ongoing support to uplift project staff capability and strengthen understanding of project and program metadata and financial management responsibilities.
- You may be located from any of the following office bases - Bathurst, Dubbo, Grafton,



Newcastle, Narrabri, Parkes, Milsons Point.
- Knowledge of financial and project management systems, including Equip (SAP).
- Proven ability to be proactive, work autonomously and solve complex problems. Assertive in driving through recommended improvements to ensure high quality governance and/or system assurance processes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or related discipline or extensive relevant experience.
