Mount Erica Hotel in Prahran is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead a 50+ staff and take ownership of daily operations, guest experience and financial performance. This hands-on, seven-day role requires solid leadership and a passion for hospitality excellence.
You will lead service on the floor, develop the venue’s management team, and partner with HR, finance and marketing to drive profitability while maintaining top service standards. RSA and WSET knowledge are preferred.
