About the role
n
Calvary Health Care is seeking motivated and experienced Anaesthetic Nurses to join the dynamic Perioperative Suite at Calvary Adelaide Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a rapid-paced and highly specialised environment committed to clinical excellence, innovation and patient-centred care.
n
Our Perioperative Suite features 20 theatres and procedural areas, providing exposure to a broad range of specialties including:
n
Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Robotics, ENT and Paediatrics
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
n
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes
n
- Contribute to the coordination of care and support best practice clinical standards
n
- Maintain accountability for professional practice and delegated care responsibilities
n
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, learning and teamwork
n
n
About You
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Perioperative Nursing with a focus on Anaesthetics
n
- Postgraduate qualifications in Anaesthetics are highly regarded but not essential
n
- Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision-making skills
n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
n
- A positive, adaptable and team-focused approach
n
- A genuine commitment to professional development and supporting others
n
