About the role

We have an opportunity for a Senior Strategic Intelligence Analyst to be part of our Strategic Intelligence and Policy, Strategic Intelligence and Capability, State Intelligence Command team. The role of the Senior Strategic Intelligence Analyst is to research, collect and analyse information from a variety of internal and external sources to provide high level written strategic briefings to inform decisions of senior members of the NSWPF. The role requires dealing with complex and sensitive information whilst issuing information to both internal and external stakeholders to meet agreed outcomes and timeframes.

The successful candidate must be willing to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) National Security Clearance within 12 months from commencement in the role.

Senior Strategic Intelligence Analysts are required to lead the development of intelligence briefings for senior NSW Police Force audiences. Using an example outline your experience in leading the production of strategic intelligence products. Provide an example of critical analysis you have undertaken when working on a strategic product. What processes did you use to ensure the analysis was robust and accurate?

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $116,981 to $129,492 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
