An outstanding opportunity exists to join ICAM, a respected South Australian investment manager with a robust track record in acquiring, managing and growing institutional-grade property and infrastructure assets. Managing approximately $800 million across multiple funds, ICAM has built a reputation for identifying value, executing complex transactions and delivering strong investment outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and forming part of the senior leadership team, the Head of Property Portfolio Management will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and growth of ICAM's diversified property portfolio. The position is responsible for the active management of existing funds while leading acquisition, divestment, capital management and value creation initiatives across a range of commercial property sectors.

This role will oversee property investment performance, strategic asset management planning, capital expenditure projects, investor engagement and reporting, while identifying and executing new investment opportunities.



The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships across the property industry, including investors, financial institutions, consultants, valuers, property managers and leasing agents.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in property and funds management, with a proven track record across acquisitions, asset management and capital transactions. Strong commercial acumen, financial modelling capability, negotiation skills and the ability to originate and close transactions are essential.
