Aurex Group is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join a real estate investment platform on a 12-month contract in Sydney. You will oversee asset performance across a portfolio of commercial assets, with a solid focus on leasing, income growth, capex and value creation.

You will partner with property managers, leasing agents and external advisers to drive occupancy, optimise budgets and cash flows, and support acquisitions and dispositions as needed.
