Mind Australia is seeking compassionate Peer Practitioners for a permanent part time role (22.8 hours per week) in the Box Hill area. You will use your lived experience to provide recovery-oriented services to young people, families and carers, championing co-design and co-production in all service aspects.

You will work with the team to define outcomes, deliver personalised support, and ensure care aligns with peer-led recovery principles in the community.
