Crystalbrook Collection is seeking a part-time Commis Chef to join the Cairns dining team. You will cook and present dishes that showcase fresh local ingredients and bold, modern flavours, contributing to a dining experience that reflects our commitment to creative and sustainable hospitality.
You will work 16-24 hours per week with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts, in a fast-paced kitchen that values teamwork, quality and consistent presentation.
