Customer Service Team Member – Alstonville

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and customer-focused team member to join ourAlstonville store.

- Casual role – approx.2–3 shifts per week
- Typical shifts:10:00am–5:00pm and5:00pm–10:00pm
- Most shifts are solo shifts , especially in the evenings
- Must be 18+ to work solo after 5pm

Pay Rates (for Ages 20+):

- Weekdays: $36.85/hour

About You:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Confident using a till and performing till reconciliation
- Solid communication and basic maths skills
- A reliable team player who’s available to work nights
- Self-motivated and comfortable working solo

Your Role:





- Provide a warm and friendly experience to every customer
- Process payments for fuel, food and convenience items
- Handle closing procedures and till reconciliation
- Keep the store clean and presentable (including forecourt)
- Restock and rotate stock on shelves
