Wellways Australia in Bairnsdale, VIC, is seeking a Casual PARC Recovery Worker to support short-stay, recovery-oriented residential care. You will engage with participants, work within a multidisciplinary team, and help run groups and activities on site. This role requires flexibility for sleepovers and weekends; prior mental health or disability experience is valued. Reimbursement for travel and accommodation allowance up to $162 per night (room only) with invoice evidence.
