Marnin Bowa Dumbara Family Healing Centre (MBD) is seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide practical HR support across our organisation. This remote/hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely while staying connected with leadership and operational teams.

Approx. three days per week, you will manage Tanda HR system administration, support payroll processes, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, prepare employment documentation and monitor HR compliance across the employee lifecycle.
