JD’s Kitchen & Catering Ltd. in Prince George, BC, is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead kitchen operations, organize work schedules, and supervise staff who prepare and portion meals.

The role requires secondary education and 1–2 years experience; you will train staff on duties, sanitation and safety, hire new team members, estimate ingredients and supplies, monitor quality, manage budgets and keep stock records. This is a permanent full-time in office position.
