Dorrien Estate Winery in the Barossa Valley is seeking casual Laboratory Technicians for the 2027 Vintage. Applicants with prior vintage or lab experience are preferred, but full training will be provided.
The role runs from January to May 2027, with shift work, weekends and overtime required. As a Vintage Laboratory Technician you will be involved in routine analysis of juice, ferments and wine, while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and safety.
