About the position

We're looking for friendly, customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional service across our restaurants and bars at Wests New Lambton. From premium dining experiences in Chophouse Grill and Emerald Gardens to cocktails and wine service in the elegant Marble Bar, no two shifts are the same. You'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests while working in a supportive team environment.

Duties for this role

- Provide friendly customer service
- Preparation and service of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages
- Cleaning of workstation and equipment
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Operation of tills and cash handling
- Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning
- Assist is the preparation of our cocktail menu.
- Assisting in the restaurant taking orders and serving meals

About you

Bringingyour bar and F&B; experience, you have a passion for delivering high qualityservice and outstanding cocktails. You pride yourself on providing a unique experienceto enhance the overall entertainment experience for our members and guests. Workingnights and weekends fits with your work/life balance. Large team environmentsappeal to you and you enjoy work with people.

This position will require availability on Friday & Saturday nights, with reasonable availability Tuesday to Thursday. As this positionis key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the eveningthrough to early hours of the morning.

Certifications required: RSA
