ALDI Stores is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations, supervise shifts, and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll guide team members, train staff, and ensure smooth daily running while upholding safety standards and store standards across all areas.

You will be responsible for supervising opening/closing, coaching colleagues, and maintaining a welcoming shopping setting for customers. Experience in retail leadership is preferred.
