About the role

n

This varied and interesting position will have a focus on:

n

n
- Supporting positive behavioural change in clients through the delivery of therapeutic counselling interventions.
n
- Implementing and supporting integrated treatment and care pathways for complex clients within alcohol and drug treatment services.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Minimum Diploma in Alcohol and other Drugs required. Undergraduate and postgraduate human services qualification and registration with a relevant peak body is desirable
n
- Demonstrated high level knowledge,



skills and experience in the delivery of evidence-based counselling interventions, strengths based and person-centred models of care, comprehensive assessment and treatment planning.
