About the Role

MSS Security is currently recruiting an experienced and qualified Senior Security Officer to join our team at a high-profile client site in Sydney CBD .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Officer looking to take the next step in their security career while working in a professional environment with a strong focus on security, customer service, communication, and teamwork .

The site is conveniently located in the Sydney CBD with excellent access to public transport , making it easily accessible from across Sydney.

As a Senior Security Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for our client, staff, visitors, and contractors.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting regular internal and external security patrols
- Monitoring CCTV and security systems
- Managing site access control and visitor management
- Responding to and managing security incidents
- Completing accurate and detailed incident reports
- Providing professional assistance and directions to staff, visitors, and contractors
- Maintaining a highly visible and professional security presence
- Ensuring security procedures and site instructions are followed
- Liaising professionally with clients, stakeholders, emergency services, and other personnel when required




- Supporting team members and contributing to effective day-to-day site operations
- Working confidently both independently and as part of a team
- Assisting with the coordination of security activities when required

About You

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer who is professional, reliable, and confident working in a high-profile client environment.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Current NSW Security Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- White Card
- Full working rights in Australia
- Previous experience working in a professional security workplace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and a strong customer-service approach

Previous experience in a senior security, corporate, commercial, control room, or high-profile client environment will be highly regarded.

Roster & Flexibility

- Permanent Full-Time opportunity
- 4 on 4 off roster
- Availability across day, afternoon, and night shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Convenient Sydney CBD location with excellent public transport access

Pay & Benefits
