RMIT University in Melbourne’s CBD is seeking a casual Program Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Portfolio. Based at the Melbourne CBD campus with potential to work across other RMIT campuses, the role offers flexible schedule and an immediate start.

You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, Jira setup, project documentation, meeting scheduling, and procurement admin, helping the portfolio stay organized and compliant.
