Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Forest Hill/Glen Waverley network, with occasional Knox support. You’ll greet clients, manage reception and admin tasks, and assist clinicians in providing hearing care across diverse communities.
You will engage with clients of all ages, including those with complex needs, and contribute to a compassionate, service-first setting while supporting outcomes for Australians’ hearing health.
