Job Description
Vodafone is seeking a customer-focused team member to act as a champion for shoppers in our retail setting. You will help customers understand devices, plans and services, while delivering value with a friendly attitude.
You’ll work 38 hours across at least 5 shifts, with flexibility across 7 days a week. Full training is provided to build product knowledge and confidence, including support with the Vodafone app and self-service options.
