About the role
As an Educator at Goodstart Nirimba, you’ll become a valued member of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to create meaningful learning experiences that support children’s growth, wellbeing, and development.
You’ll help foster safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel supported, empowered, and inspired to learn.
In this role, you’ll:
- Support the delivery of engaging, high-quality learning programs
- Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader
- Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels valued
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reflective practice

What you’ll bring
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
