The Role

Teachers at Thomas Carr College are key members of the College contributing to a culture of high expectations, professional collaboration and continuous improvement. The Teacher is accountable for the effective implementation of College policies and is committed to fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment where every student is empowered to achieve their full potential.
Central to the role is the responsibility to plan, collaborate and evaluate learning and teaching practices that promote academic growth, student engagement, wellbeing and the values of Catholic education.

We are now seeking current and experienced teachers across all subject areas from Years 7 to 12 to commence at the start of 2027. This includes:

Salary
n
In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $79,589 – $118,063 as per the Schedule of Salary.
