About the Role:

As the Assistant Club Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Club Manager in daily gym management, focusing on boosting sales, profitability, and maintaining exceptional member care.

Marketing Support. Contribute to club marketing activities to meet outreach requirements.

Team Development:contribute to team meetings and activities to build a great team culture and club environment.

Sales Management: Support sales initiatives to drive club revenue.

Gym Standards: Ensure adherence to cleanliness, maintenance, and OH&S; standards.

Administrative Duties: Assist in handling reporting, budget planning, contractor invoicing, and other administrative tasks.

About You:





We are seeking a motivated and organized professional with a proven track record of goal achievement. If you possess the following qualities, we want to hear from you:

People-Focused and Highly Organised: Prioritise member relationships and demonstrate strong organisational skills.

Team Building Experience: Proven ability to contribute to a high performing team.

Club Culture Advocate: Experience in creating and promoting a positive and exceptional fitness facility culture.

HR and Safety Knowledge: Understanding or experience in basic human resource practices and a sound understanding of work health and safety requirements is desirable.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Fitness Certification: Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (Cert IV to conduct PT)

First Aid and CPR Certification: Current certification required.

Background Check: Must have an appropriate police/working with children check.

Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in health, business, or commerce are highly regarded.
