About The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Distribution Centre Supervisor to join our Ravenhall Distribution Centre.

n

Reporting to the Regional Distribution Manager, you'll lead a team of warehouse operators, including pickers, packers and forklift drivers, ensuring daily targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems and working in a fast-moving warehouse environment. You'll be responsible for team performance, safety, compliance and supporting the day‐to‐day operation of your area.

n

Best of all, you'll work a permanent 4-day week. That's four 10-hour shifts, with start and finish times between 4:00am and 6:00pm. We'll work with you to find a shift pattern that suits. The reward? A long weekend every week while still enjoying a full‐time salary and benefits.

What You Will Be Doing

n

n
- Lead, coach and support a large warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
n
- Manage team performance, conduct ATRs and support the ongoing development of team members.
n
- Coordinate labour resources and workflows to ensure service levels are achieved.
n
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance and injury management.
n
- Monitor KPIs and take action to address operational issues and performance gaps.
n
- Support team communication through toolbox talks and team meetings.
n
- Work closely with other supervisors to ensure consistent operations across the site.
n
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

n

n
- Previous experience in a warehouse,



distribution centre or logistics leadership role.
n
- Experience leading teams and managing performance in a fast‐paced operational environment.
n
- The confidence to have difficult conversations and make challenging decisions when required.
n
- Solid problem‐solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
n
- Experience working with warehouse management systems and RF technology.
n
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
n
- A hands‐on approach with the ability to lead by example.
n
