The Opportunity
This is a rare prospect to step into a fast growing fun ecommerce environment as a Senior Financial Analyst where your primary focus is making finance better, not just keeping the lights on. You will work directly with the Head of Finance to assist with redesigning processes, automate reporting, managing commercial reporting and support the businesses next phase of growth.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Lead forecasting and budgeting process
- Migrate cash flow reporting into a structured, systematic solution, enabling variance analysis against forecast and reducing manual tracking.
- Provide full P&L; financial support on commercial arrangements.
- Providing analysis of commercial information and advising key operational staff to drive performance
- Providing analytical support to the strategic planning process;
- Proactively identify further process and systems improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and scalability as the business grows.
- Provide business partnering, financial modelling and business case support on projects
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- You are CA/CPA qualified with 4-7 years of total experience. Ideally, you have consumer goods/retail/FMCG experience in an analytically focused role
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
- Strong process improvement and partnering experience with excellent Excel skills
- It's likely that you will have begun your career within the Big 4 or mid-tier before spending 1-3 years working in industry looking to make your second move.
