Mental Health Operations Lead

Are you an experienced mental health leader ready to make a broader impact?

We are seeking a Mental Health Operations Lead to provide operational leadership and support across our clients community mental health services. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring safe, high-quality, recovery-oriented and trauma-informed service delivery while supporting leaders and teams across multiple locations.

About the Role

- Provide operational leadership across mental health programs
- Support and mentor Regional Managers, Service Managers and Team Leaders
- Act in senior leadership roles during leave, vacancies or periods of increased demand
- Drive service quality, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement
- Support workforce capability through coaching, development and education
- Promote recovery-oriented, person-centred and trauma-informed practice across the organisation
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

- Certificate IV in Mental Health (essential)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in community mental health services
- Experience leading or supporting multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of recovery-oriented practice, psychosocial support and relevant mental health legislation
- Experience in quality improvement, compliance and operational performance
- Exceptional communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills




- The ability to lead across multiple service locations and manage complex operational challenges

Requirements

- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current WA C Class Driver's Licence
- Willingness to travel between services
- Ability to participate in an on-call roster when required
